Over-trained and underfed. Depleted beyond necessary. My calories got as low as 970 and I was on the stepper 5 times a week. I was unhealthy and sick.⁣⁣⁣

It genuinely doesn’t even feel like I prepped. I did 1 cardio session a week (if my steps weren’t too high) and my lowest calories were 1350 without even accurately tracking veggies lol. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
I know so many people have horrible experiences the first time around and never prep again. Please understand it can be done healthily and be so damn enjoyable. I completed my final year of University and even holidayed on the Gold Coast for a week 2 weeks out. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Lesson: get a knowledgeable coach and don’t let prep ruin your life for an amateur bikini comp.
